Terms of use

These terms apply to Wealth Dashboard, a free, invite-only beta run by Despa Mihai Liviu PFA (Romania). By signing in you accept them. Contact: despamihai66@gmail.com.

The beta

• Access is by invitation and personal to you. Don't share your account.
• It's a beta: features may change, and the service may be interrupted or ended. If we end it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data.
• The beta is free. If we ever introduce paid plans, nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

Not financial advice

The app is a record-keeping tool. Values, returns, allocations and projections are estimates based on the data you enter and on third-party prices and exchange rates that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Nothing in the app is investment, tax or legal advice. Check important figures with your bank, broker or fund manager.

Your data and responsibilities

• Your data is yours. We process it only as described in the privacy policy.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Keep your own backups (Settings → Download JSON backup).
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload the service or automate access beyond normal personal use. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from decisions made using the app or from data loss. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings; your data is then deleted immediately.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We'll try to resolve any issue with you directly first.
